Are there any upfront costs?

No, there is no upfront cost to you. We install the entire Green HaaS System and take care of all the costs associated with the project.

Will Heat as a service cost me more than I’m currently paying?

No, Green Heat as a Service will always cost less than you currently pay for heat from your fossil fuel-based boiler system.

Will my savings from Heat as a service cost increase year on year?

Carbon pricing will increase by 15% on average over the next 5 years, which will increase the cost of fossil fuels. The higher the cost of fossil fuels, the higher the savings from Heat as a Service.

How are we billed?

Just like any other utility provider to your business, we will meter the heat we supply and bill you on a monthly basis. You only pay for the heat you use. Our heat rate will give you price certainty on your heat costs and reduce the risk of escalating carbon and fossil fuel prices.

Will there be any disruption to my business?

No, during installation we will work with you to ensure no additional downtime resulting from our works. Our system is complimentary to your existing system, you do not need to make any alterations to your system, in fact GreenHaaS will add resilience and back up ensuring you always have heat when required.

If electricity prices rise significantly, will it cost me more money?

No, electricity prices would need to increase 3x faster than your current fuel cost to result in a net increase in costs, due to the 300% efficiency of the GreenHaaS system.

Is my building/facility suitable for GreenHaaS?

In the majority of cases Yes. If you have a monthly fuel bill, have a heating or hot water load, we can help.

How quickly can all necessary equipment be installed?

Once a start date is agreed, the installation will take on average 2 days to complete and we will be tailored to suit your timeframes

Will I need additional staff or will I have to upskill staff to operate the system?

No, Green HaaS will remotely monitor and operate the system 24/7 365 and will take care of all maintenance required.

Do I need planning permission or other consents for GreenHaaS?

No, the system has no chimney, has no emissions, and does not require any planning permission or consents.
